Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Blessing Hostel and Dormitory. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Bookings and Payment

Your booking is only confirmed after full payment has been successfully processed and you have received a confirmation from our team.

3. Official Booking Channels

To ensure your booking is genuine and your payment is secure, please book exclusively through this website or by contacting us directly for hostel bookings.

We have not authorized any third-party agents, websites, or individuals to take bookings on our behalf. Blessing Hostel and Dormitory will not be responsible for any bookings made through unofficial channels.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, early departures, or any changes to your booking. We do not offer credits or refunds for any unused portion of your stay.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff. Excessive noise, parties, and illicit activities are strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to evict any guest who fails to comply with our house rules, without any refund.

7. House Rules

  • Operating Hours: The hostel premises are open from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful environment for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Visitors: To ensure the safety and comfort of our guests, outside visitors are not permitted on the premises.
  • Pets: For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are strictly not allowed on the premises.
  • Security: Please use the door locks provided for your room and personal locker. Failure to do so may compromise your security, and the management reserves the right to take necessary action, including eviction.
  • Electrical Appliances: The use of personal electrical appliances is strictly prohibited. Only mobile phones and laptops are allowed.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are not allowed anywhere on the building premises.

8. Liability

Blessing Hostel and Dormitory is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the secure lockers provided. We are not liable for any personal injuries that may occur on the premises.

9. Lost and Found

Warning: Do not forget your personal items in the hostel or dormitory.

Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. If you leave any items behind, the hostel management is not responsible for their loss or any damage that may occur. We are not obligated to store or return forgotten items.
